    Enter all demographical information for your residents. Generate facesheets, census reporting, resident rosters, and numerous other reports. Upload scanned documents for association with each resident.

    Document medication in real time and establish compliance with state/agency specific record keeping requirements. Record notes, document vitals, upload resident pictures.

  • eSAR

    Document service administration in real time. Capture actual time spent on resident assistance to avoid "service creep," and help adjust care plan requirements accordingly.

Medication Manager
As an alternative to using our electronic eMAR documentation feature, PALs enables you to print numerous Med Administration Record (MAR) formats, enter medications and med management profiles using drop down lists, carry over instructions/effects/side effects from previous entries.
Supervision / Nursing Notes
Enter progress notes, or detail notes with a "focus" related to service plan supervision, med orders, assessment, family contact, incident reports, and more. If your state requires that a resident plan of care is "Supervised", PALs can notify you when the 6 month visit is due.
Service Plan
As an alternative to using our eSAR feature, PALs can generate paper SAR forms and shift assignment sheets for your staff to document service administration. Create resident schedules, modify service agreements as residents' needs change, and chart differences in planned vs. actual minutes.
Vitals
Our Nursing Alert Menu works in conjunction with vital recording to prompt you of substantial changes in certain areas of the data recorded here. If using eMAR/eSAR, staff can be automatically prompted to enter vitals while administering medications or services to residents.
Staff Compliance
Track required staff training hours, license/certification expiration, credentialing, and performance appraisals. Create work schedules, and utilize our time clock to log staff work hours. Document the orientation of staff to specific resident service plans, and log intra-staff communications.
Resident Assessments
PALs offers fixed and user-defined assessment templates that can be customized to suit your agency specific needs. We also offer access to over 50 pre-programmed assessments that can be utilized to document change in your residents' condition.
Management Menu
Access census & days of care statistics, review revenue/profitability measures, generate shift productivity analysis, and utilize survey support tools. Our Performance Dashboard allows you to calculate and forecast profitability by manipulating revenue, services hours, and overhead figures.
Billing Module
Manage resident charges and apply payments against them to balance financial ledger. Generate statements, invoices, and many other financial reports. PALs will accomodate multiple payor programs and types.
Contact Manager
Help to track the effectiveness of your marketing efforts. The contact manager works to streamline the pre-move in process, manage waitlists, and log communications with prospective residents.
